The front desk supervisor calls you in for a 1 on 1 interview and asks basic questions about past employment and your capacity to handle job functions. The interview is fairly straightforward; make sure you have knowledge of the company and what differentiates them from other hoteliers. They're looking for youthful, energetic individuals that can offer exceptional customer service and operate autonomously.

Easy, and conversational. It did not seem like a typical interview. They just asked questions about me, and if I enjoyed talking with people. Only did 1 interview and was offered the job about 3 days after the interview.

really good, interesting questions and good atmosphere. managers seem to be interested in getting to know us and finding out if we are a good fit for the job. all staff were smiling

At the beginning, it very exciting and hopeful. I had gone thru two rounds of interviews and was told the next step was meeting the General Managers. I followed up for weeks and received no response. Weeks later, I was told the position was internally filled
