Was referred and attended an online interview. Then was selected to attend the Grad Selection Day in which there were fun activities, technical group work and technical and behavioural interviews. Overall it was quite enjoyable.

Attended New Grad selection day - had to take a day off from work and dedicate nearly a full day to it. Was told would hear final decision within 1-2 weeks MAX. It has been over a month and half and still waiting to hear back on that final decision… hahaha. Seriously though, it is disrespectful to be ghosted after having attended an event demanding such a heavy commitment. People’s time matters!
