Kleros interview process is engaging and rigorous, beginning with a personable 30-minute vibe check, followed by a comprehensive technical test case. It culminates in an enlightening call with the CEO, providing an overall enriching candidate experience.

Very quick to respond to my initial application. The screening call was as you'd expect (show some knowledge of the company, what's your background). Next round was asnwering some questions like make a deck about Proof of Humanity - however they sent me the wrong questoins then didn't reply to me or let me know until I chased, which didn't leave me with a great impression. They gave feedback, which is good, but it was very abrasively written!
