The interview process includes an intro call, 4 interviews, and an assignment on Excel. The first step is the intro call which is a simple 15 minute call where they explain the interview process and you get to ask any questions. Then, for the assignment, they'll send you an excel workbook with questions. Its 2 questions; one that you work on filling out a fixed asset schedule and the other where you sort data and make journal entries. They're not too difficult but will probably take 1 - 2 hrs. After you submit, you'll have your first interview in which they'll mostly ask technical accounting questions. Be ready to answer questions about the journal entries for accrued expenses and accounts payable. The second, third, and fourth interview are your more typical interviews where they'll talk about your resume, ask about how you may handle certain scenarios, how you work with others, and why you want to work at the company. The whole process isn't too difficult, although it is long and thorough.
