Phone for first round - very informal since this was an internal application. Second round - on site interview. Six separate one on one interviews. They all used targeted selection questions. This process is similar for all Kraft positions.

Entrevista
Situational interview with multiple people, including HR, hiring manager, their manager and their peer.
Each person asked about 3 questions that is intended to identify certain character traits, using examples from work experience. It requires lot of examples and you want to try and highlight your strengths, and the process of how you went accomplishing the task/getting the job done. The interviewers did not provide much feedback at all, nor obvious reaction to help you gauge your response. They were too focused writing the results on their documentation, which they must have to submit to prove they were fair.
