Assignment Discussion with Same Director and Senior Data Scientist Director wanted to hire someone and fit into one of multiple Data Science positions available. Senior Data Scientist from Indonesia was the one who said we are looking for people who have worked on Risk modelling and we don’t have many positions for NLP. It’s complete opposite to what the Director and Manager told me in second round. The team need to improve on communication gaps.
