I put on the application and was called for an interview about a week later. It was in the summer and they have a pretty high turnover rate, so if you want a job there apply in the summer. Went to the interview and basic interview questions like: why do you think we should hire you , and work history. Then there was a drug test they send out and if that comes back clean you are hired. Also I applied online and it is a loooong test so make sure you have an hour to kill.
Awesome easy interview. Ask if you can do the job and really will hire anyone. Would recommend for a first time job. They will ask open ended questions to get a feel about you.

It was pretty basic. I mean there wasn't much of an interview since it was a very entry level job. They pretty much will give anyone a chance. Not intimidating at all of course.

Great i really liked it every one was nice and informative showed me the ropes i learned pretty fast in a nice area to who knew id be working there forever standing with Krogers
