It was a 15-minute interview. The interviewer went through my resume and asked standard questions such as "Why do you want to work here?" The interview also touched upon how past interactions/experiences with Kumon and their teaching style would be an asset to earning the position.

simple and easy. great summer job. have a good background in math and English and the job is yours. must enjoy being around kids and correcting papers quickly. have to pass a quick exam to check qualifications to teach students from k through 12th grade.
