Interview was a two stage process with first one being with line manager. second one was many of the senior team. Pretty straight forward, good vibe. a little repetitive but in hindsight made for an easy interview.

Applied through a recruitment consultancy for a trade support role. Had an interview with a manager who worked in futures and options trade support. One on one interview which was relaxed and went through my CV and work experience. The manager also went through a description of the day to day work load.
