I was contacted via email by an HR intern to set-up a phone interview. I scheduled a time with her and she had to reschedule to a different date. When I spoke with the intern the following week, she asked me a few questions, but the process did not seem very professional overall. She had only been there a couple of months, so didn't seem extremely well-versed.
