Not much of one. Just went to another la fitness location and they said that they liked me but that they didn't have any positions open. I went to another location that they suggested and they hired me on the spot. It did take a couple of weeks of checking in in person to finally get my cert verified and in the door though

Good job , good benefits, good hours, good overall. Very chill and fun working environment. Customers are usually frequent and regulars so eventually you form a bond with them. Would recommend. Also free membership!

Average not maybe hard questions and the person who interviewed me was really nice and seen I was nervous and understood where I was coming from as if he was in my shoes :)
