Quick & easy. Several departments & locations involved in hiring process & following up was important to getting hired. After a week of not hearing back, reached out back to the interviewer to ask if they had made a decision. They got back to me the same day. I was interviewed in a second round & hired the same day.

It was with the GM. It felt more like just a conversation versus a formal interview. It allowed me to completely relax and him to get to know me much easier as a candidate
