The process was disastrously disorganized and unprofessional. I met the hiring manager through another LPL employee. She first interviewed me by phone. She then set up a face-to-face interview date the following week, and said she would send me additional information. The day before the face-to-face interview, I emailed her because she hadn't sent me any additional information. She emailed me back saying she had forgotten about the interview completely and needed to reschedule. We set up a new interview date the following week. She sent me a list of the people I would be interviewing with this time. The first interview was supposed to be a panel. On the day of the interview, ONE PERSON showed up to the interview panel. The other three failed to show. I then met with the hiring manager, who asked me zero additional questions and demonstrated a complete lack of leadership skills and product management knowledge. Needless to say, I did not bother following up after this experience. This company is in trouble.
