By far one of the best interviews I've had! The ladies interviewing me were so kind and welcoming. It felt more like a conversation than an interview which helped my nerves a lot. The first interview was a phone interview with basic get to know you questions. The second interview was in person at their office with two people on the team. LSM highly values their company culture so while your expertise is important, they want to know you'll be a great fit with the team! You could easily tell they care about their employees from the very beginning.
