Entrevista
The interview and hiring process did not induce anxiety. The recruiter was open to questions about the company, position and opportunities. The manager was too, very laid back with his approach and offered support for questions and honestly, gave an indication of a promising career with future opportunities.

Had a brief interview over the phone with a manager. She asked me general questions about why I wanted to work there and why I thought I'd be a good fit for the position. No behavioral questions.

Entrevista
Phone interview is first after they review your resume. If the phone interview goes well, you may have a face to face interview. Once they offer you the position, you get paid training.
