I recently interviewed at LTI Mindtree for the position of senior software engineer. After clearing all rounds and sending all personal details and docs I still did not receive offer letter. It has been more than 3 weeks and everytime I ask I get a response saying it will be done by tomorrow. No communication from the HR team and no offer despite clearing all rounds. A waste of time and highly unreliable process.

Round 1: Virtually conducted and focus on Power BI only(No SQL qns)
Round 2: Phone call interview (20 mins)
Round 3: Will be conducted at office, F2F. I hope all the rounds will focus on PBI only without SQL

It was okish, and the DSA questions were of easy to mid level and most of was in the onsite. And the entire hiring process was also quick and completed within 2.5 weeks
