Their process is horrible. The HR calls and tells that my technical interview will occur in 1 hour and that too within that time, they send some stupid form that takes 10mins to fillup. They give no time to prepare for the interview and when asked, they say that if you're nor selected they will push your resume for the next day interview. But later they dont pick up calls and ignore you. No doubt why these companies get so much bashing.
