The selection process has two phases: First they reviewed my Curriculum and then called me for an interview. In the interview they were used almost only open questions. The first interviewers told me about the company and then asked to tell about me. And as I told they were testing my knowledge. They wanted to know my career path and personal challenges that had faced.
