One 30 min phone interview, got call for onsite. The onsite started with one hour seminar for research presentation and then whole day interviews with the scientists in 30 min chunks.

I first got a phone interview through webex, after 1 week of applying. It was pretty straight forward and more technical questions. They seemed to be reasonable and nice. During my phone interview there were four people.

Presentation 45 minutes Interview with numerous panels - 4 hours In the end you get the chance to ask questions about the project. Also there is a lunch break with other postdocs where you get the chance to ask questions about working at LLNL
