There was a half hour first interview over webex where two supervisors gauged my experience. Then I was told there would be a second interview, which was four and a half hours long! I was another webex interview but this time it was with eight people from the lab asking questions ranging from typical personality questions to very detailed job-specific questions (how would you analyze this, how do you start up this type of machine, etc.). At the end my now supervisor stayed on with me for another twenty minutes or so to talk about housing in the area, so I had a feeling that I did well.
