The interview consisted of an initial interview with HR. In the second interview, I was expected to give a 15-minute presentation to 5 staff members & HR. A 3rd interview with my direct supervisor and her boss. Finally, a one-on-one phone call with the direct supervisor to discuss more details on the conversation.
