The interview process was easily the smoothest and most communicative I’ve had in a very long time! HR reached out quickly after I applied and not only were they warm and welcoming, but they were very transparent about what to expect in the interview process and in the role itself. When I interviewed with the hiring manager soon after, the energy was the same—positive, open, conversational, and very productive. I walked away very impressed with both the speed at which they got the interview process rolling as well as how deeply communicative and helpful everyone was. Hands down one of the best interview processes that I’ve been through—thanks, Leap!
4 Round interview process (HR, 2 managers and director) Although the team was nice and cordial throughout the process. However, the candidate experience was not the case. They recruited me via linkedin and told me to apply for the job. Then the recruiter threw a curveball at me and said they would consider me for another role as well. I was interview quickly in a week time for all 3 interviews. I got to the final interview and was not offered the job. I could not understand why I had to found a week later that I didn't get the job. Don't recruit someone and have them go through several rounds to find out after ghosting for a week that they got a standard we found another person that aligns to our position when you recruited me. The response should have been more personal and explain why they decided to go in a different direction instead of a email template that they use all the time. Maybe it was blessing that I didn't get the job with 1.1 tenure.

The interview Process for the CRM Specialist was loooong process, a total of 5 interviews. I had 1st interview with HR, 2nd interview with the CRM Manger, 3rd interview with a SalesPro manager ( who works at a completely different team) then 4rd with Sr. Director of Customer Success and then a 5th interview with the CRM manager ( which i thought was completely unnecessary and waste of time. They informed me that i would get an update on Wednesday but i had to reach on Friday only for them to tell me that they moved forward with another applicant who has more close with their needs ( even though the responsability of the job descriptions reflect my resume verbatim. They were asking very weird questions that had nothing to do with a role of CRM and rather as a manager
