Initially, I was contacted via email. Then, I had a Zoom call with two interviewers, where they asked me a list of ten questions. I answered the questions. Then, they asked more questions.

The interview process was straightforward. I had one interview with all of the attorneys in my unit, as well as a member of support staff. It lasted about an hour. In order to have a more equitable interviewing process, they asked stock questions pertaining to why legal services, why public interest, and whether we have worked with indigent clients in the past.
