Entrevista
They flew me out to Morrisville, NC for a Meet & Greet. Here we were given a lot of information regarding the program and the company itself. Was able to meet a lot of managers and a few executives. It was a good chance to get to talk to people and get a feeling for what the culture is like.
The morning after the Meet & Greet I had my interview with two different managers. The interview itself is very laid back and there's no reason to be nervous.
After the interview, you are asked to make a quick presentation as if you were talking to a customer into buying Lenovo - this is in front of different executives/managers. Felt a bit intimidating at first, but if you relax and breathe it will be fine!
Then, after the presentation, you are placed in different teams and asked to do some kind of activity. For us, we had to make up a game and present it in 10 minutes. The activity will vary, but that's the gist of it.

The first round is an assessment, and online one way interview. For the assessment it's gauging your personality. For the interview there are 5 questions that they ask. You can redo your answer twice for each question.

The interview was online, it was one way where you had to record yourself. I believe it was 5 questions. They gave you 20 seconds to think of a response and 2 minutes to answer.

Why sales at LASR Tell me about a time you provided excellent customer service
Very relaxed and it was pretty smooth. More of a nice easy conversation. Talk about skills and weaknesses as well as what makes you a good leader. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and it was pretty straight forward.
