They really want to make sure it is a good fit. Went over resume, talked about various leadership and marketing experiences. Asked about my experience working with certain softwares and HTML. Asked for advice on their website in comparison to their competitors.
They invest in their employees. Really cool company. Open lines of communication between all levels of employees. Creativity is encouraged. Lots of opportunities to have your voice heard and to implement your ideas. Compensation is interesting. Since it is employee-owned, salary is fair, but everyone gets a bonus each month based on how the company does.
