I applied to this role in late April and didn't hear anything from Levi's until beginning of June. The recruiter reached out to schedule an interview (I never spoke to a recruiter prior to the interview), and I conducted a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager for the role. The interview was very informal and overall a great discussion. However, it's been over a month and (after many follow ups to the recruiter), I've still not received any form of status update. The role continues to get posted to LinkedIn, so I'm assuming I'm not moving on. The lack of communication and professionalism from the recruiting team is unacceptable; I would expect the recruiter to at least send a generic email rather than ghost.
