Very straightforward, standard interview process. The SDR managers come prepared with some questions but generally let the conversation flow naturally. Come prepared to defend why you are/would be a good SDR with evidence, come with examples from previous work experience, and otherwise be prepared for relatively standard interview questions. These were very normal interviews, but if you want to stand out it is important to prepare well. Research the company beforehand (as you should for all your interviews)
