It's pretty easy as they are always desperate for new employees. They typically do a generic group sales presentation where you and another applicant role play a sales call. They then choose a couple applicants from the group to interview individually in a private room with members of management asking more generic questions. They will ask if you're willing to work overtime and weekends, it seems that's basically all they care about.

Entrevista
I applied online and went in-person to HR office. I received a call the next day. The interview was basic questions. It depends which managers do the interview and what their initial impression is of you.
