Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Liberty Mutual Insurance (Springfield, MA) em jan. de 2019
Entrevista
Warning* Easy interview, but very deceitful. I wore a full suit and tie (extremely overdressed, the interviewers had T-shirts on and drinking Dunkin iced coffee). Two interviewers asked me basic “tell me a time when...” customer service questions. They’re just looking for bodies to fill answering phone calls that won’t cry when a customer is screaming at you. (Eventually they’ll want you to start pitching leads/sales to customers that call.) At the end you watch a 5 minute video about how great working at liberty is. They talk about what your schedule will be (did NOT mention you would have to bid for a set schedule so be prepared for hours that may not work for your family life) and how you will be assisting customers make payments (you will also be pitching sales/leads! Which was not told in interview).
The whole interview was 20 minutes at most. I definitely felt rushed out the door as I saw a lot of other people in the waiting area being brought back to different offices. Seemed like a hiring blitz of bodies to fill cubicles.
In the end I accepted the job but realized it wasn’t for me, I left after seeing how unorganized and unsupportive the work environment was. If you’re looking for a job where you’ll be on the phone all day dealing with angry customers by yourself and can function without any help or support from your supervisors or management then kudos to you, this is the job.

The 1st interview was a phone interview with an Indian woman who sounded like she didn't want to be there and I could barely understand what she was asking me. There was multiple times I asked her to repeat herself 3-4 times and still couldn't understand her so just answered what I thought she was asking. What a disaster. I asked tough questions because I knew this was a micromanaged, typical call center torture job. she of course confirmed a high turnover. This is the 1st writing on the wall, wont be applying here anymore.

Had an interview for the initial phone screening about a week ago. The HR person was ten minutes late to the call, no explanation or apology. Did not come across in anyway like she was interested in knowing about me or my qualifications. Completely blunt, no warmth or soft skills applied whatsoever. Job was advertised with a salary range- she stated there was a solid number and they would not move from it. I declined and that was that. I would rate this as one of the worst intro's to a company I've had in 25 yrs in the industry.

They didn't really ask me anything pertaining to my experience or wanting the job. They did want to know why I wanted to work for Liberty Mutual. When I answered she then asked again, yes but why do you want to work here? I re explained and she asked again- At that point I told her I have no affinity for Liberty Mutual, the job aligns with my skill set. Not a great experience.
