Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.

Entrevista
No sooner had I completed the virtual test I had a phone call for an on the spot interview. I then had an interview at the store a week later. I declined because the training was at a different store and was too far away.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
