I had 2 rounds of interviews and get the final result in 2 weeks. The interview is very friendly like a relaxed chat, I explain what I learned in the IT field and share the stories of my past working experience.

The interview was not hard, just basically questions about yourself, for instance, your background, experience and motivation why you want to work for this company. There was only one guy interviewed me who is the leader of the IT department.
