Entrevista
3 steps. The first interview was with an HR Rep. This was basically to see if I was able to communicate and a brief company History. The second interview was with a hiring manager. This was a little more in depth to see if I understood the basics of the job.. The next interview was with a number of people from various departments to see if i was a good fit and if i understood and had experience with the job requirements

Entrevista
I applied online and had an interview with a recruiter. They later sent me an email saying that they were going with someone else. I then got an email from a very senior person there who interviewed me, with no mention of my rejection. I then never heard from them again.

Entrevista
The phone interview was quite short and very straight to the point, though the recruiter was friendly and non-intimidating. General questions like: what do you know about the company, some questions referenceing your resume, etc... For this position, the hiring manager requested a portfolio, and they followed up with me a few days later.
