The interview process was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I was asked to redo the same interview I had completed the day before for 1.5 hours due to a lack of communication between staff. When I explained I had already done the interview, I was told, “Sorry, you don’t look prepared,” which felt condescending. It was clear they hadn’t made any notes from the first interview, wasting both my time and theirs. Overall, the disorganization and poor attitude from staff made for a very negative experience.
