It appears as a qualifying call looking for a cultural fit primarily. There were soft questions about experience but not in depth. The recruiter explained the position compensation structure, training practices, and platform.

Was quick, put in a room with another designer and questioned about my skills. Was very covert and had to wait for a while to meet the individual I was interviewing with. The interviewer seem aloof and detached from the conversation.

Typical questions, Felt a odd sense of pressure from the interviewer. Not a lot of information offered pertaining to the company, how management is supportive or the overall culture of the office. I asked for what was making before as salary within another position, think it killed my chances. Reading the reviews here it seems the turn and burn their talent at a low cost, because there is always someone else out there the can pay a dollar less to do your job.
We promise to seem interested.... if we are interested. We pay top dollar for top talent. We have a great culture that allows for other team members to weigh in on who they want to work with, so it may seem a bit different from most companies who just want to fog a mirror.

Meeting with someone asking general questions, then a brief tour of the building. Generally includes cult-like claptrap about how great it is and how much opportunity there is, while also going into how awesome Lightspeed VT is. The entire company is built on and for sales people, so they treat everyone like a potential mark from the interview process on.
It felt very haphazard and was not the ideal way to learn about a company.
