I applied online and attended two screenings for Lindamood-Bell. For the part one I had to take a spelling test, and a multiple choice critical thinking appraisal and after that they invited me to part two of screening where I learned more about their instructions and practice them with a partner and after that I had an one-to-one interview.

Good interview process! They were very nice people and seemed like they actually wanted to get to know me. They allowed us to have good conversations about the learning process at the institution.

There was a short online screening including a reading comprehension test. After, they had me go to their office for a 1-on-1 interview. Despite telling me when they would get back to me about the job, they ignored my follow-up email and waited an extra week to notify me.
