Entrevista
There were two interviews, the first was a basic spelling test followed by a logic test. The second involved demoing the literacy programs. Both interviews were completed in group settings. There was no overlap of individuals from either interview group and none were later hired (or at least came to work at LMB)

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
