The first screening is 2 hours. You will have to take a spelling test with some words you for sure never heard of, but otherwise easy. Then there is a logic and reasoning test. If you're someone who can reason, it should be fine. If you're not so smart, this may be difficult. If you pass, you'll be asked to the second part of the screening process for an interview. During this interview, you will watch a 1 hour video describing some of their methods, then you will need to demo it with another interviewee or the director. If you do well on acting out the tutoring method, they'll ask you the interview questions listed below.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.
