Started with a Phone screening with recruiter that led to a call with the hiring manager. After this there would be an interview with two members of the team and then a business case to present.

Recruiter screen, HM screen, peer screen. I would not recommend joining the talent team. Interviewer was late to the TA enablement meeting and her questions didn’t make sense. She regurgitated everything I said, and really doesn’t seem like a thoughtful leader.

Took 2 months to hear back from application time. Not the best experience, interviewer didn’t give much insight into day to day or culture. Took forever to hear back afterwards

Meet with hiring manager and team members. They set up time and talked about responsibilities and roles. Shared onboarding process. Ask your skill sets and what questions you have. They also ask if you have previous experience in program management and people management. Time management is important too.
