I had a second interview with some employees for this company. Unfortunately, it was not as important to them as it was to me. I never interviewed somewhere that was so unprofessional. My interview was done remotely via web conference. There were four different interviewers from Lippert present. Three of these participants did not even have a copy of my resume. One of the participants was completely distracted (and being distracting) the entire time as she was joining the interview from her car. Nobody present seemed to have any questions ready. One participant was basically silent the entire time. This was a terrible interview. Needless to say, I didn't get a call back. It was extremely disappointing to see that nobody present for the interview was prepared or even took it seriously. It was very important for me, but not so much for Lippert. In retrospect, I suppose it was good to see the disorganization of this company before accepting a job here. If this company is run similarly to how it interviews, I imagine it's not a great place to work.
