Recruiter phone call and emails, meet and greet, 1 on 1 with Regional, 1 on 1 with Store Manager, Panel interview. The process could have been streamlined into a much shorter time frame. There is too much talent standing on the sidelines for a job process to last 4 months. When you have a good candidate, you need to recognize their talent fast before another company offers them a position; hiring great people is the #1 priority to the success of the business. The offer came in far below what the position title commanded. I would recommend changing the title to Sales Floor Manager. The company has great personalities working for them as everyone I dealt with was positive and motivated. I believe that the company is still young and trying to figure out their business model.
