The video interview consisted of twelve questions, for each question we had thirty seconds to prepare and ninety seconds to speak. You are supposed to look straight at the camera, wear formal clothing and if you ever felt the need to stop the recording you could after how many ever seconds. The interview was a competency based one therefore no technical questions as such, although a clear understanding of what LBG does and how they operate is essential. Look up more on the programme you have applied for and what they are looking for in order to relate your examples accordingly.
