It was a multistep interview process for a senior role and good salary, but from the interview it became clear that they weren't interested in input from the senior graphic designer. It was going to be a top-down role where the graphic designer was just a technician. It sounded more like a junior role. The art director in charge is also in Switzerland, and her sense of "luxury" is outdated. I don't think she even looked at my portfolio when we were on the 3rd round of interviews. It really felt like they didn't actually care who they were hiring as long as they could use Adobe.
