It was a phone interview. There were a lot of technical questions. Some background on my skill set. Not much back and forth. Details about team and company. Pretty straight forward.

What are the core principals of object oriented programming?
Very one sided, simple conversation. Preliminary interview screening with HR, then 2-hour interview; the first hour with a technical employee and the next with a technical manager. Relatively easy technical questions, very normal behavioral questions. Did not get an offer and completely ghosted by HR when asking for feedback.

Had brief phone screen with a recruiter and then scheduled a follow-up technical interview. I didn't know at the time but it would end up being 2 back-to-back, 1-hour interviews with 2 different people, both dev managers I believe. I thought the questions in the first interview were pretty difficult for a junior position. The first interviewer barely looked at me at all, the whole hour. He came across arrogant and bored, and straight-up laughed at me at one point when I gave an incorrect answer. The second interviewer was slightly nicer but still rarely looked at me and had zero expression on her face when I was talking with her. Whole thing felt weird and unprofessional.
