You recieve an e-mail and are asked questions before you are asked to come in for a preliminary interview. You meet the manager or assistant manager and for a brief interview and are sent home. You then recieve a phone call telling you to come in for a second round. Here you see the basic sales and marketing side. You answer some questions and are given all the details about everything once your interviewer takes a break if you are successful so far. If you are taken back to the office, you might get a final round interview in which you just have to fight for the job.
