Had two rounds of interview. Interviewed about restaurant experience and customer service. Very easy going interview. Had a good conversation about my resume. Overall, it was a good experience seeing how the atmosphere of the team was like.

Got a job offer after the interview and never received a call back. Followed up twice & still nothing. Not sure what happened, but I just had to give up after exhausting all options. Ended up getting an email 2 months later saying that I didn't get the position. Very strange.

Very easy - just asking a few questions about how you would handle customer service questions. Very easy interview process and the managers were all very nice - they want to see you succeed.
