It is a lengthy interview and training process. I went in initially to be a waiter, and the manager insisted that I speak to the hosting manager as I did not have waiter experience prior. I then did an acceptable job in the interview, where I met with the GM, and he allowed me to go through serving training.

Really fast + felt a little unwelcomed since the manager just looked at me with a straight face the entire time , and they said they would get back to me in a week and I never even received an email. If corporations have you come in for an interview the least they can do is email you back declining or not. Waste of time

Question about your experience, how would you handle customer service related situations and your availability. In general, nothing too challenging, will be done in about 30 minutes, you can communicate with the managers later for any schedule change.
