I had a feeling that they are always in need of intern position, but they hate intern leaving before finishing their contract; so, make sure you can stay as the contract stated or else don't make commitment

It was casual, sometimes professional. The person who would want to hiring is clear, everything looks okay during interview. Be prepared for unexpectedness. Depending who is the person, the background and experience. Speaking to different people in office gives you a better idea how is the company like.
