It may depends on recruiting season. Could be multiple sessions or very direct. During the peak seasons they prefer to hire with less and easy sessions. Otherwise need to compete with many other candidates with group interviews.

Erstes Interview ca. 45 Minuten findet online mit HR statt, typische HR Fragen über bisherige Erfahrungen, Ausbildung, etc. Zweiter Schritt war ein Gespräch mit zwei Teamleitern im Store in Genf, auch hier Fragen zu bisheriger Erfahrung und zur Passion und Motivation für den Job.
