Brief. Very basic questions for first interview, second one is just talking with the zone leader. They show you how the product works, and the basic idea that sets them apart from every couch company. They don't call it "sectionals", but they do call it "SACtionals" which is ridiculous. But whatever.
Very quick, in back room with store manager. Initial phone screening as well. Went very smoothly and just be yourself. Use examples from past jobs you have had on your resume.
The interview process was fairly easy for me. However I did have extensive retail experience. However they have hired people with little experience in a rush during busy seasons. They asked if I ever had any retail experience.

It was very easy and chill. I basically just walked in, went to the backroom, and the interviewed me. I got a call back a few days later offering me the job. I ended up not taking it.
