Did online application, got a call for interview, just finished interview #1, am scheduled for interview #2 this afternoon. She was very easy going, which helped me relax. I had all my normal interview answers prepared but the asked situational questions.

It starts with an online application, sometimes followed by a short 15–20 minute phone or video screen where a recruiter checks your availability, experience and communication skills. After that, you’ll have an in-person interview with the hiring manager covering customer service, teamwork and basic job capabilities, with questions like how you’d handle a price dispute or a short register drawer.
